The first two colorways of the Air Jordan Alpha 1 Outdoor being released are Black/Stealth-Dark Charcoal and Silver/Black-Varsity Red-Light Graphite. For the most part the Air Jordan Alpha 1 Outdoor takes a rather subtle approach when compared to the heavily armored Air Jordan 2010 Outdoor, using only the addition of a thick ankle strap to carry out the outdoor theme.

All proceeds from the shoes and tee will go to raise money for the Skate4Cancer Drop-in-Center in Canada.

Hungarian-born and French-trained designer Dori Abodi is new on my radar, registering thanks to this clutch spotted at PostFashionism.  Her Fall/Winter collection was inspired by David Bowie, and she describes it as “shiny, glam-rock, edgy, fresh, funny, cartoon-like.” Sounds interesting, no? Thoughts For Today...

Wow this week has been great relaxing and stuff for the holidays but i should really be studying smh! since i have an assessment due first day back damn it!!! lol eh ill start monday definately :P But besides that ive been to a couple movies been to the mall a few times amongst other things like twitter lol...but today my dad got home from a trip to aus and brought me back a couple presents soo I thought i would share with all of you a couple things i got well actually just the shoes lol...I know there not my fav Nikes but I luv them!!!  First up is the high top k1x sneaker... Ive actually never had this brand of sneaker before in my life and dont really know much about it at all but frm the very very brief look on the internet I grasped its part of a basketball urban clothing/sneaker company which is kinda cool. The shoe that I got is the h1top in grey/cyan part of their new lifestyle shilhouttes by K1X collection.

The other sneaker I got are the 'Nike Overplay IV' which are super cool lol check it out!!! Yet again not something i would pick myself but stil like em heaps...

Amazing "Tron" Lightcycles Cost $35k

The Parker Brothers team will be building 5 custom “Lightcycles” replicas from the upcoming Disney movie “TRON: Legacy” (2010). Each motorcycle will be in black but with a different accent color such as 1) red, 2) blue, 3) yellow, 4) green, and 5) orange. The “Lightcycles” are currently being sold for $35,000 on Ebay.

(…) Disney designers built a “movie prop” of this bike for the TRON Legacy promotions and not a running version so these will be the only known running versions to exist. The engineering behind a fully functional version is mindboggling to say the least.

Notes about “Lightcycles” from the Parker Brothers:

"(…) Now, about the bikes themselves, the wheels are custom made 22″ x12″ dual hubless wheels with custom made tires (Hoosier is custom making 5 sets just for us specifically for this project). (Buyers will have the option of additional tires as needed) The frame is 2″ cold rolled and boxed hardened steel with carbon fiber/fiberglass bodies. Accent colors are neon glowing from behind frosted plexiglass and can be turned off or on with the flip of a switch.

Unlike the “Batpod” replica, the “Lightcycle” is being built for everyday street use. Each bike will come with a manufacterers build sheet and a certificate of title with purchase. Each bike will come with either a high powered electric motor or a high performance gasoline motor and transmission depending on the buyers needs. Be the envy of everyone who sees this bike as it will make motorcycles as you now know them seem like antiques on the road. No future “Lightcycles” will be made to ensure the value of these custom motorcycles in the coming years. They will get individual vin numbers at first order 001 to last 005 as well as the original prototype vin number 000.

The back cover opens up at the push of a button and there is a neon glow that exits from the back of the bike to resemble the lightcycles colored light trail from the original game. These bikes will also come with a TRON style helmet (Not DOT Approved) and all bikes will be available within 6-8 weeks of contract. (…)"
